Opening cut geometry from window family

Does anybody know if it’s possible to extract the “Opening Cut” geometries from window (or door) family?
Please see the attatched image below.

Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, i can’t use that approach, since there is no guarantee that the “Height” and/or “Width” parameter corresponds to the opening cut geometry.

I’m trying to do the same in order to add dimensions to existing window legend (which is basically an isolated section view for each window , done using dynamo of course). Did you have any luck with what you’re seeking ?
