I’m looking in same samples online and I noticed that quite a few nodes used in the past aren’t available in the recent Dynamo release. Is there a way to find how nodes were changed?

Not necessarily… the OOTB nodes were usually documented in the changes, but not necessarily stuff from the old beta days. Also the only way to find this with custom nodes is to dig though the package documentation, which sometimes is great, sometimes is very lacking…
