No results search for package

Does someone know why i cant search for package here in Civil 3d but no problem in Revit ?

Thanks for response. But i cant get any results here no matter what i search for.

Just to assure you that you’re not alone here, I often can’t get the package manager to work. It seems temperamental at times - comes and goes. Some threads seem to mention it may relate to company firewalls, but then I’d expect it to never work.

I see this if I try to start searching for a package before it fully loads. Close the manager, reopen it and wait 15-20 seconds. Once the packages fill in then you can search them.
