In Dynamo 3.4 we have new paneling Nodes.
What are the possibilities?
A Panel with a hole in it?
A Panel with a pattern?
A curved Panel?
Can i define a certain Panel?
I like using them for really quick subdivisions.

I use Sandbox only 
Lots of possibilities, yes you can have holes in the shape (But we are still working on “trimmed” panels; today you can remove, or keep panels that overlap), there are graceful ways they reach singularity (i.e. all terminate in a point).
You can create your own pattern, yes, using the CustomOrthogonalLattice node 
Curved Panels? Would need to know more, but yes you can depending on how the panels manifest.
