Need help to tagging pipe or duct only horizontal

dear.
i face problem during tagging. when apply tag all command. its automatically apply also vertical pipe and duct. i want on horizontal or plan pipe or duct i attached image please help its very big drawing.

cases like this… i change the viewrange temporary! hide all other elements. And try Annotate all again.
I think it is not a dynamo question.

Think its a great dynamo question and pretty easy to do with dynamo…think you can find the answer in some of the other similar topics you had made for that issue

view range not possible because very big drawing and pipe elevation levels different.

you can use it temporary… as @sovitek said using a dynamo script. Select elements in current view…
or getting vertical pipes maybe via element.Location+

There is a node from GeniusLoci package that will help. It’s called Group Lines by Orthogonality and you can feed in the pipes or ducts and will report whether they’re Vertical, Horizontal or Sloped.

I try to do horizantal two different directions in seprate.
1 vertical
2 slope
3 horizantal 90
4 horizantal 180
