Monometric view in Revit x=150° y=-120° z=90°

Hello, how to set view in revit to have monometric view. Archicad already implement this option, meanwhile in Revit I need to do something with dynamo…What to do?

Not going to happen in Revit. 120, 120, 90 is the best you can do. The 3d display just isn’t designed that way. You best bet is to export to another software that can make those type of isometric views.

I mean in dynamo what to do to have this view? if revit cant the dynamo should help, because its inacceptable that the software in 2023 cant give all options the projects need. Shame!

Figure out the eye point and target point – trigonometry or something

Also the node AxonometricView.ByEyePointAndTarget

The issue is that Revit will always - always - do a projection with the base at a true 90 and the other two angles equaling 90. It cannot do an isometric, dimetric, trimetric, oblique, cavaliere or cabinet projection. Only a pure axonometric is possible. You can’t have one baseline 120 off the vertical and the other 150 off the vesical. Revit just doesn’t have that projection system.

None of the below views are possible.

This is Revits’s only non-perspective projection system. Revit can’t even roll the camera.
