Is it possible to merge two solids into one , the command in rhino is boolean union and mesh2allfaces. Can anyone help me to do the same in Revit using dynamo or Rhino.insde Revit.

Solid.ByUnion should be what you’re looking for.
You also have Solid.Union to do a boolean union of two solids and Surface.ByUnion to combine into a polysurface.
