Merge curves endpoint to a reference point?

HI,Trying to merge start/end of curves to a given reference point(start/end point from a reference line) that close to them(<=2"). see the picture below. I’m success to make it happen for using only one reference point. but still thinking hard for multiple reference points input.
any suggestions? Thank you.
