Looking for NULL, node not working as expected?

I’m working on filtering a list by objects without a “JHK_Line Number” in the screenshot below. I don’t understand how some of this code is working because of the “NULL” value in item 0 in the screenshot below. I assume the issue is with the code block using “” as a search string. Does “” mean “anything” in a code block, how do I filter for “nothing”?

Instead of String.Contains try using ==

A parameter without a value is still given something, as it’s not “NULL”. How do I detect this on a list?
