Hi there! Is someone aware of a package that is able to write LandXML files?

Not that I know of.
Do you need to automate the creation of a LandXML from Civil 3D? As the process entails check boxes in the UI, it cannot yet be done via API.
That said, you can write an XML either via Python or using packages.
Yes! I want to export all surfaces in a drawing to specific LandXML files one by one.
It is possible now
