Just wanna get the family and type info from selection

I cant believe how difficult this is.
I selected some elements and I just want to get the Family and Types from those elements. These are fabrication parts. I can see the info I want in the Element Parameter lists under “Family and Type” but as you can see, everything is showing Generic or nothing at all

Can someone give a brother a hand?

I believe family and type should be accessible for family instances using element.getparametervaluebyname.
