Issue with seeing results from Element.GetParameterValueByName Node

Hi All,

I have an problem with data results from Element.GetParameterValueByName node of Function Parameter of Wall Elements (pic below)

It did work with number data but it did not work with text data

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas what is happening. Thank you.
My configuration:
Dynamo: Core-2.12.0.5650, Revit-2.12.0.5740
Revit: 2022
