Isolating an Area Element

Hi guys,

I´m trying to collect AreaPlan elements from Revit, so i can get it’s area. I’ve been focused on isolating one of them elements by one of it parameters, using the lunchbox Area Collector. After isolating that element, i want to take it area, and that’s where I get stuck. Somebody knows if there’s a better way to get it?

First of all, thank you for helping me!
I’ve tried the script as Kulkul said, but it didn’t worked. It showed some warnings at List.Filter.
Then, i’ve tried Mostafa’s script and it worked perfect. I Just needed to add a units converter, because areas has showed in square feet, but i wanted square meters.
