@Nick_Curtis I agree at the project environment stuff. Your workflow is actually quite nice for making the shape in the project environment. Personally I prefer to get all my form sculpting done in the mass evironment though as Im more comfortable with that type of work there, and I don’t have to worry so much about the rest of the file contents slowing me down, but I may give your method a shot next time out.
The reason I mentioned adding the extra control points was that the dynamo generated Revit preview was creating a slightly different curve (looked off by as much as 1/4 of a unit but I don’t know if there is a way to measure the preview vs the generated form so hard to say what it was). This was expecially apparent at the star and end portions. The extra control points provide the extra precision at a level of control that can be tailored to the needs of the job.
