IFC batch export

Hi there

Any way to tackle writing a script for batch exporting ifc 3D views in Revit 2021?

I know there’s add-ons for newer version but unfortunately the project is stuck in R21 and would want to ease the process. Just need to export ifc files of each floor of the building.

Please review the following post How to get help on the Dynamo forums

GeniusLoci have the Export IFC node which should work as the bulk of the code is from 2020 and it would be possible to edit if you get stuck as it is a custom node

Also look to do the active file, then use Dynamo Multi Player from Bird Tools.

Saw it a bit too late now :slight_smile: I`ll be using it for newer Revit versions though totally! A couple of month of drilling through and some help from ChatGPT and I finally got to something more satisfying:
