If Statement for Titleblock Revision Label

I am trying to create an “if” statement that will manipulate a titleblock label. I want the titleblock label to return the value “Revision 0” and “current date” if no revision clouds are present in the views placed on the sheet. If there are revision clouds present, I would like the label to return the current revision and that revision’s date. I am having a lot of trouble marrying up the advice online with the 2023 version. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
