I need to create a report/csv with parameter from each element and the xyz coordinates

Hi,

Im new to the world of revit, we are undertaking a massive company wide upgrade to BIM L2 and im trying to ensure interoperability between processes. I need to create a csv or spreadsheet from revit that contains a parameter held in each piece of furniture (the URL) and the cartesian XYZ coordinates.
This would then be fed into some maxscript do do a look up and replace on manufacturer models ready for visualisation.
Is dynamo the right thing to use here? One of the autodesk experts pointed me over here.
