I need a simple DYN script that changes a parameter value for multiple RFAs in a folder.
And the parameter in question is “OmniClass Number” which can only be changed in the Family editor environment.

You need to make a script would be a better way of wording this. The forums aren’t a free marketplace, we offer assistance as a community for people demonstrating a good go at solving their problem.

Look into the Orchid package which has plenty of nodes that can open family documents and set parameter values. Omniclass is a special parameter as you identified, but searching on the forums will likely yield similar requests to that one as well.
