If I have a 3D Model Text Vertically standing as in a building Facade, can I rotate it around its Z-axis in Dynamo, basically it needs a reference plane in order to be created, and thus is there any way to rotate a reference plane??? in Dynamo.

I recommend building your node text as a family in this situation.
I was trying to pick Text from Revit view and change it, same if I want to change a reference plane

Following your request, I added support the for Model Text in the Element SetRotation node from the Genius Loci package.
You need to download this package and add the latest node that you can find on Github
(Right click and Save As on the Raw button.) Drop the new node in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Dynamo\Dynamo Revit<version>\packages\Genius Loci\dyf
