How to move/translate elements

Is it possible to move/translate elements with Dynamo? I need this for rebars.
The only way I know is to copy and delete but I need to move existing reinforcement.

Move by vector works for unhosted elements usually. It will need a start/end transaction node to be used before/after the node as well I think.
