Hello everyone i am trying to move reabars in revit according to specific vectors for the rebars and i used “element.movebyvector” node from clockwork package but not all the time its work properly most the time gives me a message “element.move by vector failed attempt to modify the model outside of transaction”
Hi @gkhalifah are you sure that one is from clockwork gues that one from clockwork is element.copy by vector. and shouldnt need transaction…so you probably mean the ootb, not sure…but that one will need a transaction start node before you feed it in…maybe

yes this node from clockwork but i used transaction.start before it and it is work properly …… thank you sir

sir i want to ask you , once i want to draw complex rebar shapes in dynamo and join them together then feed the result to the free form component it gives me error because the curves type is polycurve
arhh allright but guess its another topic, create a new for that and share all you can now or an example with include dyn and rvt…guess these things is for a structurel dude, and im not so much but im sure somebody here can help you with that
