How to Mirror a Model Group in Dynamo/Python

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know if it is possible to Mirror a Model Group using Dynamo or Python in Revit? I used the Group.PlaceInstance node to place the Model Groups but I can’t find a node in the Dynamo Core to Mirror a Model Group or even an element alone.

I read something about the MirrorElement Method for Python but my Python skills are insufficient to do anything with this.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
