How do I extract the intersection points from the block so that I can create a civil point from it?

If the insertion point of the block is different than point of intersection of the lines
The point of intersection of the lines is needed to form a point civil 3d again

Yeah, this might happen. So you were getting the original block objects which seem to be at 0,0,0. in your case, you may need to explode the blocks to get the correct location of the exploded block elements and get the intersection.
