I would like to be able to combine all the packages I currently use such as camber, civil3dtoolkit, etc. into one package file I can share with coworkers. Is this possible I’m having a tough time getting it to work. Thanks!

Well, they come in a package because the nodes inside each package are related to the other in each package.
Instead of combining I would recommend you to deploy all packages to the company in to the correct folder for packages. Then it will be much easier for you and other users to continue develop or use scripts that will be found for example in this forum.

I tried to create custom nodes for my company. It proved to be a failing endeavor.
Instead, I have many .dyn files broken down by workflows.
I would recommend building your catalog in this way…
For example:
Alignment - Create From Polyline.dyn
Cogo Point - Create From Block Reference.dyn
Catchment - Create From Polyline.dyn
Pipe Network - Create From Polyline.dyn
