How to convert from string to Revit.Elements.SpecType and Revit.Elements.GroupType

Hi,

I am trying to create shared parameter from excel file. I am using Revit 2023. Dynamo notes expects Revit.Elements.SpecType and Revit.Elements.GroupType instead of string list. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance.
