How to change multiple wall type into different wall type

We have created some walls in different wall type [say for Phase 1] Now we want to change the different wall type into multiple wall type automatically in Dynamo for Phase 2.

If we map as per below condition

Previous Current
Basic Wall X = Wall Type A
Basic Wall Y = Wall Type B
