Help insert block 3d rotate

i have big problem
the workflows is :
. get coordinates from 2d block (see the first picture)
. insert 3d block at coordinate got from 2d block
but now it placed the block like the first picture but i need as the second pitcure, i means make a 3D rotation.
everyone has an idea ?

hello everyone, I need to insert a block on a feature line by rotating it simultaneously on the xy and xz plane. I managed to extract the rotation angles but I don’t know which combination of nodes gives me the possibility to rotate the block at the same time on both planes.
