I’m interested in recreating the screen I’ve attached in Dynamo. I’ve gotten as far as creating lines between points, but they aren’t “vertical”, they angle since the points aren’t directly across from each other. Is there a way to trim curves in dynamo so that I can get the triangular shape I’m after?
You can get he intersecting points between one curve and another. So you could create your outline and vertical lines and see where the vertical lines intersect with your outline, get the points of intersection (at both end of vertical lines) and draw a new line between these points.
Perfect! That’s exactly what I needed. Thank you for your help on such a simple question.
No worries @Dan_Boghean! Glad it helped!
