Hi @csp_coh ,
Any reason any of those alternatives you supplied in your first screenshot don’t work for you?
The element I want doesn’t show up. I believe only elements which will be deleted only shows in element dependent nodes. My plate is a face based structural connection how will only lose its host if its deleted.
Hi,
Not sure I understand, is “Input elements” a new shared parameter, if so I’m trying something similar.
A new shared parameter that gets the host of the structural connection.
from what i can see input elements is a built in parameter that list the host element of connections not sure it works with all connections.
im not super familiar with the structural side of revit works 99% with architects.
get host does not seam to be working only ever got that to work when walls is host.
so try the setup i used to see if it works i dont really have alot of strucural elements and connections to test things with on my side since i sit with architects.
