Element.Get Hosted Elements - Collecting hosted elements

Why Railings hosting on floors are not reflected in this node?
When checked with Revit Lookup, it is hosting.
Deleting the floor will also delete this railing.

Is this node not getting all elements even though it is hosted?

Please let me know if there is any workaround(_ _)
