Get elements connected to my duct

Dear Experts,
I have a one duct and there are 2 fittings connected to that duct part. I want to give duct parts as input and I want to get duct fittings (which connected to that duct part) as output?
Is it possible to achieve this task by dynamo? :roll_eyes:
