Conduits connected to a fitting

I want to get the conduits [Green] connected on either side of a fitting [Blue] (not the whole network [Red]).

I tried to tweak @T_Pover’s Elements in connected network Py Script to achieve the goal, but it didn’t work!

Any suggestion would be helpful!
