Get 2D surface area from a tin volume surface

Hello,

I been searching C3D API reference guide to get the 2D area of a Volume Tin Surface. It seem that’s only and option for Terrain Surfaces.

My question will be, It is possible to create a terrain surface from a TINVolume surface? Or any other method?

You can creating Tin surface
Add data from paste surface from volume surface
Get it area
Then delete it
