Filter the other sub-lists together

Hello folks. I have a very simple question. I would like to filter an information at a sub list and all the other values on the same position at the others follow it to the filtered list. Is it possible?

I have another question. Is there a way to searh the index only in one of the sub lists, in this case, the 1List. If it find the same imput in the 0 List it would be ignored
