Filling in Parameter Values in Family Editor

I have a Dynamo Script to fill in parameters when families are in a project.

Is there a way of changing this script to working in the family editor?

Why not just save out the family from inside the project?

There s a node in the Data-Shapes package that allows that. It’s called “set active family parameter by name”

You can use it just like the ootb setParameterValue node. You just need to make sure to open dynamo from the family document .
