I just started exploring Dynamo, and looking for a simple tutorial or a sample, which explains me how to fillet a simple edge

Try the Solid.Fillet node.

You need more Edges
Also, you need Dynamo geometry, not Revit geometry
Use Element.Geometry for that

I dont have Revit, just Dynamo Sandbox, so i created Dynamo geometry, skipping the Revit part.
