Can you select the family in Revit? It looks like the solid you’re seeing is just the Dynamo geometry preview in Revit, not anything that’s actually been pushed to the RVT file.
If you want to create a repeatable family then you need to create this in a Family Document. If you just want one-off geometries in your model then you’re probably better off with a DirectShape geometry that you import into the model. There are out of the box nodes and custom packages that deal with DirectShapes. Check them out and give it a try. You need to make sure you’re using the right nodes for the right process.
