Hello guys. I am new to Dynamo, and I need to do something that I thought would be simple but I wasn’t capable to do.
I have a revit template document with lots of families loaded in it. What I need to do is to export an excel file with all the type and instance parameters listed (two separated excel files), preferably with the same order they appear on revit, separated by those parameter categories. Is it possible? I couldn’t even figure how to export the type parameters data to excel.
If anyone could help me, it’d be very appreciated.
We need to see the work you’ve done so far and where you’re having trouble. Writing to Excel, getting parameter values, and sorting/grouping data have all been covered many, many times before. There should be plenty of posts to help get you started.
