Excel to Sheet Index Workflow

I am trying to get a script to extract Revit sheet data from an Excel file and populate the sheet index in the architectural Revit model. I have cobbled together the attached, but you can see from the sheet index that data is populating incompletely and in the incorrect location.

Transpose the excel list to get your sheets names in one list and sheet numbers in the other:
