When installing the packages in Civil 3D user is having the issue below. Any idea what is going wrong?
You probably work in Civil 3D 2025 or higher. The Civil3DToolkit and Arkance Systems Node Library only works in Civil 3D 2024 and prior.
Both packages will not be maintained anymore, but you could have a look at The Civil Nodes package, which is a replacement for both.

The user is using Civil 3D 2024. As far as i know and have tested, even it is not working in Civil 3D 2025, we are still able to install it. For user, once he clicks on install on the package, he gets the error and nothing is installed.
Good chance there is an IT restriction preventing downloads from the package manager. Have them download via dynamopackages.com, unblock the content in the properties, and then extract to their packages folder.
If theyc an’t see that site, they’ll need to work with their IT/infosec team to resolve.
