Elevation Naming Order

Hello everyone.

I created a script that names the interior elevations based on the rooms they’re inside. The elevation name consists of two parts: The first part is the room name and the second part is the elevation number. (Example: Room - E1)
Now, what I would like to know, is it possible to have the north elevation be the first in each room? As in the north elevation being E1, starting the elevation numbering from the north direction?

Thanks in advance.

can you post part screenshot of the script ?

Thanks for replying, here’s a screenshot:

You can reorganise the elevation numbering separately like screenshot below by creating a list
e.g. Elev1,2,3… or E1,E2, E3

I don’t get how that would have the first elevation (E1) always facing north (top direction in floor plan).

This is how i would organise the Naming so E1 is alway facing to the top of the sheet (north)

I see, thanks for clarifying. However, the problem is I’m using a different kind of elevation marker with a single index, so each elevation marker in the room is individual.
