Searching for this question doesn’t seem to have brought clarity on this. Is it possible to edit text labels inside the family editor? For example, swapping parameters within the label object, or editing prefixes, suffixes, as well as creating copies of the labels, changing text styles, etc.?
Things may have changed, so worth asking on the Revit API forum. However my last review (2025 product line) was that label editing and creation continues to be a gap in the API.
