is it possible to edit points in a topography using Dynamo without recreating one existing?

It’s ashamed we cannot edit existing topos with dynamo.
Hopefully some day.

It’s is, but I would take editing floor slab extents before topography! 
We need to use topo as the type of geometry we are after is something like this
