I’m not sure if I understand what you want to do. Do you want to modify the materials or structure (the different layers) of a wall type or do you want to edit the wallfinish parameter of a room?

A screenshot of what you’re trying to do would be helpful

i want to modify the material of wall type but i get error " derefrencing of non-pointer".

I’m not sure what’s going wrong here. I can’t replicate the error myself. If you haven’t already, maybe see if you can update your clockwork package. If that doesn’t solve your problem you could try and extract the custom node (copy and paste the contains into the project and wiring it up through the inputs). Maybe the python script will throw a different error.

Otherwise maybe someone else in the community can help out.

i was able to do it. thanks anyway

If you can identify what solved the issue, please post the solution here and mark it as the solution. It will help any other communitymember with the same problem that comes acros this thread.
