Im trying to use dynamo, revit or dynamo does not freeze but when i start to run my script is just not working, any idea what it can be?

This could be the reason.
Some application windows are modal which is designed to block any interaction with the rest of the application until you’ve responded to it.
You can just turn that window off.
thanks for your reply, I restarted my PC and now its working again, that was weird.
