In case anyone is having this issue, i found the following solution:
- uninstall Civil 2022
- download the Microsoft Troubleshooter for installations: Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed
- run the troubleshooter, select problem with uninstallation
- scroll down till you find Dynamo for Autodesk Civil 3D 2022 and uninstall it
- reinstall Civil 3D 2022.
This worked on 3 Computers so far, so i guess this solves the issue.
