I’m trying to use Dynamaps in Revit 2024
But It does not work no matter what I do.
with this warning
Warning: DynaMapsNodesFunctions. Failed operation LiveTopoPoint.
Not able to load type Autodesk.Revit.DB.DisplayUnitType of assembly RevitAPI, Version=24.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null
I guess that it is not a problem about address.
(no matter where I choose, it did not work too.)
As far as I know, Dynamaps can work on Revit 2022 version or later.

Check to make sure you are on the latest version. Also check to see if that version works in 2023 and 2022 as each of the last four Revit updates has had some significant changes in the API which requires updating the code base.

It works on Revit 2021.
But, I had a question more.
In Dynamaps, Does it have a lot of data from other countries besides?(Building, road and topography)
I wanna export the data about other countries in Asia like Korea but there is not much data.
I don’t know as I haven’t worked in those regions. I believe that it is based on a combination of Bing Maps and Open Street Map data, so you’re limited to what they have there.
If Dynamaps doesn’t have enough data for you, you can check out Infraworks, Forma, and other tools; or you can get your GIS data and work on converting that directly.

Dynamaps hasn’t been updated in a while and only works on Revit 2020.
umm… When I did work dynamap in Revit 2021, It was possible at least a little bit…
If I operate dynamaps in Revit 2020,
Will it come out in a little more detail or export same results?
