I would suggest you have a view of this post in the first instance(How to get help on the Dynamo forums).
Technically i can see it being possible with civil connection but you need to figure out where to grab the data from in civil 3d and making sure it connects properly into the correct coordinate place in revit. Also how to work out the rotation in revit because this will not be indicated in civil 3d.
