dear team i would like to give annotations between 2 grid lines in a floor plan but it is asking for geometry reference then i have taken grid element curve reference. but still its showing for warning can anyone brief on this or some one suggest me a script

You need this “ElementCurveReference” node instead of getting the location node which extracts the location into dynamo geometry.
Hi @santhos.k you will need at least 2 reference with that node, however i would try dimension by element in that case here, and jump over geometry
Thanks a lot but the thing is why it cant be done through Dimension by reference anyhow i have given the reference geometry for the grids
Can you help for the same for whole (all grids) in the floor plan.
The geometry has to be a revit geometry not a remade dynamo geometry, this is why it was failing with your original info.
Therefore this is why both mine and Sovitek examples is using revit information.

yes it can be done that way as well i think, but why handle geometry reference, when we can get it direcly from element, yes if you share the grid file, we can take a look
