Date/Time of Family placement in project?

Hi All,

Bossman has asked me to try and figure out a way to determining the date/time of placement of families in a project, I’m not sure this is possible, but I’m fairly new to dynamo. Is this possible? And if so, where should I start digging to try and figure it out?

This is not something that is feasible via Dynamo. You would need an Add-In with Dynamic updaters to log / track these types of things.

There are (paid) add-ins that already do this as well. I think Revit Kiwi has one.
